the guys at NFLDS don't see him as a Nmandi prospect, they actually compare him to Matt Ware, another guy they compare him to is Mike Rumph, they actually say he's not an elite talent like Nmandi

they do say that he has extremely quick feet, although not very good short-area quickness, and is slow to adjust when back-pedaling when a receiver cuts his route short aka makes a move

The least accurate part of drafting is scouting players.. the least. And even with first rounders, the bust potential is 50%. Scout to scout, the variance is often a whole round in rating and this argument is balanced on .. what .. a 10 position difference in rating on a single scout's chart of second roundish players?

If there is one thing the scouts are good at, it's creating the illusion of accuracy. That's what they sell, because the product just isn't that good.
