He should take his time and be careful; do it slowly and be very sure about it. This is a HORRIFIC injury and NO ONE should rush his recovery. Take all of 2025 to get it done right.

I’ve never heard of an unsuccessful surgery. Hopefully he can return to the form we saw this season but I won’t be holding my breath. If he can’t play next season that will be 2 full years he’s missed. That’s going to hinder his development. We may have seen the last of Overshown. I hope it doesn’t end up “what could have been” with him because he had greatness written all over him.
The only positive thing I can see with this is a dude fell on his leg. It wasn't just a random non-contact injury. Something that could happen to anyone. And he's got youth on his side. Hopefully he can come back at some point.

They should maybe think about moving him to Safety. He doesn't seem to have the body to be a true NFL LB'er. Hope he comes back full speed.

However it tore all the major ligaments in his knew. He’s bound to lose some speed and quickness. I’ll be surprised if he returns to the form we saw this season. He looked amazing.

ElAttrache in Los Angeles has a reputation for being the best in the business. Is actually the Rams team doctor. Big name athletes from all sports go to him for surgery. I do find it interesting they bypassed Dan Cooper, the Cowboys team doctor.

If he's gonna comeback he's gonna have to watch what gear he's in store all times. He plays pedal to the metal every second. Easy there hoss!

Having both Overshown & Parsons on the field together was one of the few bright spots we got to see from the entire team this season. Wishing him the best of luck - he's already been through too much at his age/career stage.
Sean Lee, Jaylon Smith, LVE, Demarion Overshown. You don’t even have to finish the rest of the statement. It’s crazy how cursed the Cowboys are at the linebacker spot.

Talk about sideline to sideline speed… he and Micah were so much fun to watch. The defense really needs to not let the other team’s qb just slip through the middle of the rushing lineman and have all day to hit an open receiver for a 10+ yard gain!

I'll be holding my breath to see what percentage of his game returns.
Hopefully, 90 plus percent

I think Overshown will return to the field next season. I bet in training camp he will be running around the field and working with trainers. The reports on his health will be great. I just would never depend on him or sign him to a long term contract. Overshown is a ticking time bomb with those knees. Let him play out those last two contract years then let him walk.
