The 23-year-old Jones, of Franklin, Tenn., faces two counts of felony coercion stemming from allegations he threatened to kill club employees and bit a bar bouncer on the ankle, according to a criminal complaint filed in Clark County District Court.

I can't believe they're pressing forward with that, after the DNA evidence came back negative.

I think there is a lot of Pacman envy going around. And all of you hate him because you can never be rich and famous like him or have women crowding around you when you enter strip clubs. And none of you sad sacks can cover like him and stuff.

If he is so bad why isn't he in jail, huh?

There is nothing wrong with Pacman that a barber, a plastic surgeon and an exorcist cannot remedy. Beyond that, just let the justice system run its course and let the truth come out. The truth about how much a target he is because he is rich and famous and stuff.

Yes they didn't find any DNA evidence at the scene, those charges won't hold up in court...

Ya know, they have convicted people of things without DNA evidence before. This ain't CSI Las Vegas. The absence of DNA is not exculpatory.

You may be right but I think your painting this with a bit too broad a brush stroke. No doubt that, while Nifong was an Igmo, there are some very compitent DAs out there as well. In addition to that, it has been a significant period of time now, since the Vegas debacle. Add to the fact that the Duke LaCross thing has been all over the news and I'd have to think that the Vegas Authorities have done there homework. They have to be very aware of what it would mean to be without basis for these charges.

Of course, then again, I'd have thought that after the first time somebody got shoot at a Strip Club with Pac Man, he would have been smart enough to avoid those types of situations so , I suppose anything is possible.

I am sure that Jones is being railroaded. I assume there will be a counter charge of racism soon.

After all, the guy doesn't fit the profile.
