Panthers Rescind Franchise Tag on Norman. Any interest

Probably. And teams with room will indulge themselves. Anyone thinking Dallas should or more especially could need to pinch themselves and wake up.

I mean the Cowboys could sign him. All manners of ways to keep his cap hit low in year one.

The Cowboys shouldn't and probably won't.

I don't think he is interested in a low front type of deal. He wants big money and right now.

imagine if we can sign the top CB in FA in Norman and then draft the top CB in the draft like Ramsey?!?!?!?!?!?!

PARTY LIKE IT'S 2012!!

Do that and it is more like lose like it was 1999.

Carolina is a little like New England in how they manage the cap.
Money is not a big issue for them, but they are disiplined with that budget.

Obviously, I'd love for Norman to be. a Cowboy.
Probably not feasible

Good lord. Why would the player accept that?

Of course it is "possible". Why would Norman, at the peak of his career take that, especially if he would not just take the franchise money this year and go back in the pool next season?

I mean part of keeping a low first year cap hit would be a hefty signing bonus.

Do you not know how cap hits work?

Do you know how players in their career prime think?

Wait, is this one of those "why wouldn't he want a star on his helmet?" things?

Id leave Ramsey at saftey. With Norman at corner our safteys would be able to roam the field.
