That is fine if that's the case. Then by all means, wait. But go to Mobile.

I loved our draft last season and I think the fact we took several prominent prospects from that game that he got up close and personal with helped immensely.

I don't think he is sitting around at all. I do believe something did not go to plan, however.

it's obvious that BIll trusts Ireland very much, and after playing a large role in the '05 draft, who can blame him?

think about it...

not going after established OCs, letting Ireland go to the Senior Bowl in his stead, he's just prepping a staff for the future, that's what we ultimately want right?

sending Ireland to the Senior Bowl in his place, could be Parcells letting Ireland go on his own, and kind of learn how to watch players and evaluate them in workouts on his own, yet Parcells will still ask for film and have a large say in the evaluation process of said players, so in a way, letting Ireland get a feel of running the evaluation process by himself, because after all, he's going to be the one doing this stuff when BIll leaves

and at the same time, allowing himself to take care of other matters, such as trying to find his OC
