Parsons eating Tyron's lunch

You're thinking of McCarthy.

I'd hate to have to find out in season that Tyron is washed. Better to find that out in camp. Then again, didn't we kinda know that 2 years ago? Thats why I think we drafted Tyler Smith. I'd move him back to LT and leave him. I think. Make Tyron the swing. Which means we better find out who the next LG will be fast. Farniok?

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Tyron Smith should be the backup swing tackle, not the starting left tackle, he's just not the same same player anymore.......
sure thing coach Quest. What time is our next film study?

Agree.

But they are counting on leaning on Tyler should that arise, imo.

OTOH, Parsons looks ridiculously fast. Some of his moves looks like he is teleporting.
This will be his most productive season so far. We've got Charles Haley and Ken Norton-Taylor in an all-in-one package.

Anyway, I wonder what Tyron Smith"s offseason regimine looked like compared to Tyron's?

As someone posted in another thread.........is Parsons that good or Tyron is pretty much washed up? He admitted yesterday he was kicking off some dust but .......goodness.

I think Tyron, and the whole team, make it a point not to break smaller players during team practices. They save that for the season.

Not that Parsons isn't great, but it's unlikely Tyron is using his strength advantage to *full* advantage, like he will be during the season against players from other teams.

Seems like every season some DEs are making noise by beating Tyron, but during the season, players from other teams don't have the same success.

AFAIK Tyron is healthy and still a freak. He was rusty on the field from missing time last season. But unless there's some particular permanent physical disability he now has, I'm just not buying that he's washed up.

For all we know there was 20-30 plays where Micah was stonewalled against Tyron, expect Micah to get pressures and sacks he's the best in the game, young and hungry.

Good reps from Micah. I am going to intelligently not draw any conclusions unless I know the entire practice. If there are reps where Tyron dominates Micah...is Micah washed? Asking for a friend.
