Parsons trade - A select few voices were called upon, none spoke against the idea

At least Dak shows up to play all year long. Unlike Micah who shows up just for September - Early November, only to see the player not show up the rest of the season.
That GB playoff game he really showed up, what world do you live in.

His super greediness is rich coming from you, but 55 to 60 with no skins on the wall was ok for a 3rd contract. I’m glad Jerry didn’t pay but this became personal for him and he’s pissed he didn’t get his way and was called out.
Get your facts straight. I know you've seen me blast Dak's super greediness, repeatedly, but as usual, you act dumb just so you can attack me. I even created a thread a year ago blasting Dak because of his greediness. You even posted in there, so stop acting ignorant because you know what you're accusing me of is not true.

What GB game? The playoff blowout where GB put up 56 points and ran past Micah all night long?

Are you ok? Alzheimer's kicking in? Better go get checked. That's 2 posts in a row where you totally got it all wrong. Your memory has gone bad. Doesn't look good. Seriously, go see your doctor. Something is not right.

I want to be entertained on Sundays with my favorite team. Now my favorite, and our best player is gone. That now only leaves Lamb and maybe Turp as “exciting” players. This team is boring and lame.

Yup.

Know what you mean.

He offered what he was willing to pay. The number was a substantial amount. The player/agent wanted more. Jerry said "no, play out your contract and we can revisit later". Micah threw a fit, isolated himself from his teammates while at practice, and acted like a fool on live TV representing his teammates. I've never shied away from blaming Jerry, but the forced trade is all on Micah. Best of luck to him, but I think we just dodged a bullet.
Yea they clearly weren’t In love with this guy

Idk man aikman and Emmitt and Irvin and jimmy all looked really
Happy in their older years reconnecting and reliving their trials
And tribulations together.

It’s like yea more millions but I’m in wisconsin and no one’s talking about me on first take anymore

Yes but you still sing his praises, so you were ok with it in reality. The money doesn’t matter with me it’s what you get for it. Everyone forgets none of the money comes out of Jerry’s pocket it’s just player evaluation, I would rather have a MP on D than a QB on a 3rd contract who has failed every year in the league to win any meaningful games against quality teams when it mattered most

No the GB game where Dak specialized in 3 and out and pick 6 and int and didn’t decide to play until it was what 48-16 midway through the 4th quarter. The Dak you hated but now love again.

Even with Parsons I had this team going 7-10. Now I think it's more like 5-12, and if Dak gets hurt in the first game then there's a real shot at 3 wins or less.
A compelling stat. Cowboys had best pass rush with Parsons. Without him the worst .

Our defense without a pass rush and ability to stop the run could be atrocious.

Right. Select few voices. Who? Shottenheimer? Please, he knows why he was hired, and it wasn't to go against Jerry. Eberflus? Hah. McClay? Come on. Everyone knew what the boss wanted, and they understood their job was to agree.

EDIT: And if they agreed, I'm sure they would have preferred a much better return. That is the biggest issue here.

It was a total team loss. Dak threw pics and defense blew.

Micah was unpopular with the players' counsel. Is that really so surprising?

lol 'unanimous'. You mean the same unanimous voices that haven't gotten out of the 2nd round of the playoffs for nearly 30 years?
That's the problem with the FO. It consists of the Jones family and the crew of yes men, who love comfortable mediocrity, so when somebody ruffles those feathers and actually wants to win, they want them out. If you want to get paid here, go along, get along.

PFF Run Defense Grade

Kenny Clark: 57.2
Micah Parsons: 65.5

Jerry said that Clark being a “top run defender” would offset Micah’s pass rushing.
Clark played the entire season with a foot injury that occurred in week one
