We'd best think again if some of us think MP isn't going to cost this team a generous contract when the time comes for that to be attended to. Let's bear that in mind, with the passage of time, for that to happen.
In the meantime, let's also hope Parson's body is able to sustain the workload he's absorbing. He's a rare gem. I'm quite certain he knows the damage that his work as a DE isn't sustainable over the long haul.
Offensive reps might relieve that to some extent. I'm sure he's wise enough to realize it. Whether the powers that be choose to grant such an unusual wish is yet to be seen. It's "thinking out of the box." In essence, it might allow him to contribute without being physically overtaxed by much bigger opposition.
