I find it kinda pathetic when I read and see people saying: "I will not root for the cowboys if TO is on the team''. how can u give up on your team, or how can you turn your back, just b/c TO?!!! That simply does not fit in my mind!!

yes! he dissed the star! We know hes not wanted here! but CERTAINLY I WILL NOT TURN MY BACK ON THE COWBOYS AS A TEAM!! b/c of T.O!! I WILL ROOT FOR THEM!! even if hes here! doesnt mean you're gonna root precisely for TO.

Truthfully, I have to believe the people saying they would lose interest in the team are blowing smoke. I'm a lifelong fan and (sad as this is) the Cowboys are almost like my favorite hobby/pasttime and there is nothing that would cause me to ever turn my back on this team. I'd imagine most of us feel the same.

If he signs here and actually behaves he will probably by far be everyones favorite player on the Boyz. A thing that makes me think he would behave here is 2 reasons, first because since Irvin and him are real close friends i doubt he'll want to let Irvin down by acting up here in Dallas. He has been pretty much he's only vocal supporter from like ESPN. Second i'd like to see him go and try his antics with Parcells here. Parcells is someone who demands respect and thats the type of coach that i think Owens would respect. Parcells would just throw his butt out the door like he did with Bryant if Owens tries to act up.

BTW we have guys here who would actually stand up against T.O vocally like Roy and L.A not like in Philly where the players didn't even back up McNabb and kept to themselves

I hated Deion Sanders, couldn't stand the guy, but as soon as he became a Cowboy I rooted for him. Not all of us remember all the players that helped us to 5 SuperBowl titles, but we have 5 SuperBowl titles, and that is all that matters! I can't stand TWO right now, but if he is a Cowboy I will root for him, I will remember that he stomped on the STAR, but I may forget it if he catches the winning TD in the SuperBowl!

Hey Hammer. Do you think BP would put up with T.O.s taunts after scores a TD. I think he would but that is as far as T.O. would ever get with BP here.
