He would know if the Cowboys were practicing people on the IR if he knew the pats were doing it when he played there for one year (I think it was only one season). He has only mentioned the Pats.

Alright. Lets not punish the Patriots because we can assume every other team is doing this. I mean, theres no proof or accusations of this at all, but lets just go with it. So, even though there IS proof of the Pats doing it, they shouldn't be punished based on these assumptions.

The day they released the tapes to the public, I believe ESPN mentioned that players on IR were used in practices.
