Per Fisher, Zeke signing is eminent

Signing Zeke is the opposite of marketing. Unless Zeke is somehow going to coach up workout video snippets.

What do you think their logic is (regardless of whether you agree with it)? I can’t think of another reason it would be useful unless he plans on retiring a Cowboy.

Because he's a waste of a roster spot. Zeke on 3rd down gives the defense one less player to worry about

Kind of hoping the second is a receiver (not sure who's out there). I don't think we'll draft one, at least not early, and I'm not sold on our No. 3 options.

Exactly. On a cheap deal, he is a good backup to a stud rookie. Also, still good at the goalline and in pass pro.

I'm a Zeke fan. They overdrafted and they overpaid, but he's a fun, dependable player. His pass pro is elite and he helps on short yardage.

If you are hoping for explosive plays or trick plays at Center, you will probably be disappointed.
