If he wants to play, then he should be. I know Elliott can be a knucklehead, but I don't think he's stupid enough to not have himself prepared physically to play. Most of the stuff we would have had him doing in training camp, he can do elsewhere. He was going to see very limited carries in the preseason and very limited contact.
