I would explore Jeffrey for sure. He would give the Cowboys a strong target even when Dez comes back, and would also allow Willams and/or Bease to work against the 4th or 5th best cover guy on the defense.

I don't see it as any sort of a real possibility. One of the few good, young talents the Bears still have, I don't see them trading him.

And he's also in the last year of his contract and any team trading for him will be in line to give him that big money deal. I don't see the Cowboys as a team with the cap room to do that.

Alshon is in a contract year. Youre basically renting him for 13 games and hes not even healthy. It would have to be a 6th or lower for any type of rental.

Same with Forte. It would be a rental since hes a ufa next year. I dont even think we could afford his salary. It would have to be redone.

It all depends what the bears want. Those guys are rentals and the price is wayy down because of that. But man,it would be pretty sweet to see Forte here.

Im sure they discussed it and it quickly stopped after they asked for a ridiculous price. Cowboys know it only be rentals, unless they think they want to extend Forte or Alshon but I doubt it.

There is no viable reason to even think of getting Alshon.

Why would you give up anything just to have him for this season? Are you really going to pay big money to two WR?

That wouldn't make a whole lot of sense.
