You consistently tell on yourself. First off Noah Brown and Dalton Schultz are not their best players. Introduce yourself to Tank Dell and Nico Collins. They are the real deal and the Texans have built a nice young team for Demeco. Once he gets his defense together......and Stroud looks legit. I can hype him up without downing Dak. I know that's hard for some of you.
Did I say they were their best players? I could be saying they aren’t excuses for an actual QB in his rookie year. And I don’t need to hype Cj Stroud up and I can also down Dak through him or through other ways. It’s really not that hard.

Most frustrating regular season loss as I can remember.

Refs.

Three fumbles, we recovered 0.

Schoon stopped just short because he was tackled with the ball in the air.

Dak stepping out on the 2 pt try.

False start then sack when it looked like we were going to rip the Eagles hearts out. In Philly. Man, would that have been sweet.

Feels like we were the better team but Philly was just way more clutch. Helps when the zebras are on your side too.
This one stung and I didn’t expect us to win going into the game

You mentioned Schultz and Noah Brown and all i'm saying is Dell and Nico are legit. Schultz and Noah Brown probably won't even be there next year. Stroud looks to be the next one in line....4-4 is far better than that team should be right now. Far from a Texans fan but I like their coach and their team hope they can upset some teams this year.

Did they? I'm not so sure.
The Eagles are a Super Bowl team that is now 8-1. Yes, they are the better team today.
They have a formula of stopping the run, playing bend but don't break on back end and picking up short yardage EVERY time with the tush push.
They have a top 5 WR and a nasty pass rush.

They are very good and the NFC Super Bowl favorite as of today.
But there is a lot of season left and no Lombardi for being best at 9 weeks.

I mentioned them to point out that the same guys people here used as excuses for Dak are making impacts with this rookie QB that’s hitting everybody in stride downfield. Brown and Schultz were playing with Lamb and Amari.

Schultz is the second most targeted receiver next to Collins, who is in his third year when they were 3-13.

Noah Brown has 267 yards and 1 Touchdown on the season....what are you talking about lol?

What a weird morning around here lol

this was a monster loss.
.. I hear ya, Ray. Its like your carrying 50 million, from bank robbery.

Then slip on banana peel. Allowing, just enough time to be caught.

Sure hope the football Gods are kinder to us down the road.

NYG game, cant come any faster.

This........fans tend to forget they have one of the best Olines ( 3-4 legit ALL-Pros ) , top 10 TE, top 10 CBs on both sides, two top 5 WRs, THREE high-level DTs, and top 3 QB and yet we were one play besting them AT HOME.

I'm very proud of how we played. As stated, we fought to the end. The Eagles made more plays ..........give them credit.

In other words, we lost the game, they didn't win it.

Weird game ............lots of opportunities but NOT ONE went our way. I'm confident if Daks continues to play like he did Sunday, we still have a real chance for a special season.

BTW.....how many dropped balls were there? I stop counting.....lol
I stopped at 5.. To be fair I think all but one was in the first half. They cleaned it up in the second. But that's when the refs really put the screws to us.

Dallas doesn't have that type of QB on the roster. He's serviceable between the 20's, but when the hammer meets the nail he fails far more than he succeeds.
You do realize that Dak had three red zone TD passes yesterday right? Go ahead and noodle the math on the success vs failure ratio of that.

Now and then Burger King nails it.

We have the talent to BEAT anyone.

But we do not have the discipline and the INTELLIGENCE to do so.

It's odd how any reasonable football fan can criticize Dak's game on Sunday. He left it all on the field but came up short. I am sure there are a few plays he'd like to have back, but any QB or coach can say that about any game.

I honestly think/hope he now understands how he can take over a game by doing a lot of little things, especially with his legs/feet.

They had 6 points the second half. I am (can't believe I am saying this) not putting this on Dak, but play calling / coaching needed to adjust to help us generate points to win this game.

He’s not an excuse for the QB is he.. he also has a 19.1 YPC average and what about Schultz? You seem to be “missing the point” or looking for excuses...
Schultz has 33 catches for 350 yards and 4 TD's.....

What is your point? Schultz and Noah Brown weren't productive here? Why do you think the Texans gave him 10 million? Based on potential?

What is your point? I'm missing it for sure. Is your argument the Texans are better than the Cowboys? Or Schultz and Noah Brown are great now? What's your point?

The zebras are not on anyones side... yes they are inconsistent. We beat ourselves. Filthy did their best to give us the game but your most accurate boy was not up to the task. Delay of game in the final 27 seconds just can not happen. Big moment to be had, and we faltered.
LOL national media literally praising Dak up and down for how he played.

You managed to lose twice yesterday.

I like King but 1 thing we must keep in mind, he seems to have bias against Dallas, so while he makes a good argument, Im not surprised he had something to say on this. I expect us 2 get kicked anytime we lose. The media wastes 0 time 2 do it. I take it with a grain of salt. 1 play changes the narrative. Even with the miscues. Eagles will meet there demise against an elite team, which we arent yet. But I think we might get there if we learn from this game.

I thought he blew it on the previous drive taking those sacks but Philly gave us the ball back and we just couldn’t close.
I watched the end of Texans game earlier and saw CJ Stroud march his team down the field in the final 45 seconds to win. I just don’t understand why Dak can’t be as poised as that rookie.
part of it is coaching and play calling, and mike sucks at both
