I thought he blew it on the previous drive taking those sacks but Philly gave us the ball back and we just couldn’t close.
I watched the end of Texans game earlier and saw CJ Stroud march his team down the field in the final 45 seconds to win. I just don’t understand why Dak can’t be as poised as that rookie.
CJ was born to be a winner, and the other was born to be a loser.

The Eagles are a Super Bowl team that is now 8-1. Yes, they are the better team today.
They have a formula of stopping the run, playing bend but don't break on back end and picking up short yardage EVERY time with the tush push.
They have a top 5 WR and a nasty pass rush.

They are very good and the NFC Super Bowl favorite as of today.
But there is a lot of season left and no Lombardi for being best at 9 weeks.
Another post of crowning the opponents after a loss. You all did the same to 49ners then what? 3 other teams exposed them fully afterward.

10 Things I Think I Think

1. I think the way the Cowboys lost Sunday is going to leave a mark. Down five, 46 seconds left at arch-rival Philadelphia. Four plays and three big penalties on the Eagles bring Dallas to the Philly six-yard line with 26 seconds left. Eighty yards! To the verge of victory against the best team in the game! Dallas win probability with 46 seconds left: 3.7 percent, per Next Gen Stats. Dallas win probability, with 27 seconds left at the Eagles’ six with no timeouts left: 48.6 percent. A coin flip, basically. Then false start, sack, incomplete, delay of game, pass short of the end zone, end of game. Yikes.
2.
I think kudos go to the Eagles, to be sure. But to be great, you’ve got to make great plays in big moments. The Cowboys just don’t do that.
Yep,we don't make great plays in big moments.
We don't have the killer instinct

LOL national media literally praising Dak up and down for how he played.

You managed to lose twice yesterday.
:lmao2: :lmao2: :lmao2:
I lost once just like you ... Dak being praise is a W for you and I am happy for that .... I can list people who said he made costly errors the last drive but it would be pointless. You would just write them off as no bodies and clowns. I enjoy your banter though... your energy is admirable. o_O

Schultz has 33 catches for 350 yards and 4 TD's.....

What is your point? Schultz and Noah Brown weren't productive here? Why do you think the Texans gave him 10 million? Based on potential?

What is your point? I'm missing it for sure. Is your argument the Texans are better than the Cowboys? Or Schultz and Noah Brown are great now? What's your point?
If you had no idea what my point was, then why respond to it in the first place. That's cute with Schultz, now tell me how many catches Collins has, you know the guy you brought up as the reason CJ Stroud is doign what he's doing and not Schultz or Brown... you know the two guys Dak fanboys love to blame for Dak constantly sucking...

Most frustrating regular season loss as I can remember.

Refs.

Three fumbles, we recovered 0.

Schoon stopped just short because he was tackled with the ball in the air.

Dak stepping out on the 2 pt try.

False start then sack when it looked like we were going to rip the Eagles hearts out. In Philly. Man, would that have been sweet.

Feels like we were the better team but Philly was just way more clutch. Helps when the zebras are on your side too.
You might want to open a dictionary and learn the meaning of “clutch”

Ive seen homers but you take it to a whole nother level

The Zebras didn't cost the Cowboys this game, the undiscipline Cowboys loss this game! Until all the mistakes this club makes are cleaned up they're never going to beat the elite teams in the league....NEVER!

Sure, the other part of it is Dak getting tunnel vision under pressure and lacking composure. The game was there for him to win and he just couldn’t make the plays.
because Dak is not elite.....so as a result he needs team/coach support. just like Hurts. except that Hurts' coach comes up with a tush push. we get a pylon at RT and the coach doesn't make protection adjustments. go figure.

This is exactly why McCarthy should have gone for it on 4th and 10 last year. It gave them a chance. Punting it pretty much gave them no chance.

Ask yourself a real question before this game, If you said "Our defense will give up 28 points before the 4th Quarter" tell me what you would say our chances of winning would be?

I was at the game ppl tellin me if we pull it out to take my gear off and tuck it in my jacket lol. The whole stadium was quiet and standing.
Damn. I know Dak took a sack or two too many. But takes a sack to do that.

I'd be afraid to get poked with a dirty needle. lol

Oh so this is about crapping on Dak….why not say that then? Why pretend like you have a point. Texans are 4-4….Schultz and Brown were more productive under Dak…..

Not sure what your point is on Nico you didn’t even know he was their best player a day ago lol. Nico is nice.

You can’t say we were the better team… Not when the cause of our loss was the same old BS things that have killed us for years now. We are a great team between the 20s, or, when the score is lopsided or we’re facing a cupcake… In big games we just suck… we either fold or we choke… And that starts with our coach and quarterback… And finishes with our pathetic “brain” trust.
