It really won’t. It’s very, very easy to add 10/15 pounds of healthy weight with a solid understanding of proper nutrition and weight training.

You have no idea what kind of training / diet he was doing before the combine so that’s not fair to say he’s already done it.

As long as his head is on straight and he’s dedicated it’ll be a piece of cake. I did it with a smaller frame and less resources and watched several peer athletes do the same when I was younger. Maybe not 3 months but 6-12 is very feasible and obtainable. Go read about Hyatt - he went from 164 to 184 in a year.
That is completely untrue.
This isn't a guy who was in a cube last month munching on chips.
He is a world class athlete at an SEC school with a nutritionist and weight room.
He then went out and hired professionals to prepare him for the Combine.

He is just very narrow and slight of build.
Like Devonta Smith or Turpin.
Small guys forever and ever and ever.

You don't spend 3 years at Miss St and gain only 1 pound if your body can easily add weight.

Also I know exactly what I am talking about.
I was on an 6000 calorie a day diet at Texas Tech. Breakfast was a ribeye and eggs plus bread and potatoes. I had to run if I missed a meal.
I gained 8 pounds in about 3 years with high dose creatine.
When your metabolism is sky high it is really hard to gain weight.

However in my late 20s did a Tren/Test cycle for 8 weeks and added 10 pounds easily.
About 7 of that stayed after cycle ended.
I wish I would have had the cash for HGH back then.

My buddy gained 14 pounds and kept 11 of it.
But he spent 3x as much as me due to HGH cost.

Forbes is a rookie who has to learn an NFL scheme and prepare to face NFL WRs. He isn't going to be packing on any real weight until possibly next off-season.
My guess is he goes somewhere around pick 45. And would likely excel as a nickel back early on.

I was a hardgainer too and had zero issues adding mass naturally. Zero. I’m not going to knock your efforts bc I don’t know anything about you but it was really difficult for me and peers to add weight when we started too once we figured out the right way it was just sticking to the routine.

Again, you have no idea what his training regime or diet have been since his time at school so unless you can share a link indicating he’s been training his butt off and eating a high number of meals you’re guessing.

And again, Jaylin Hyatt went from 164 to 184 with literally the exact 6’1 frame.

If you want to question his training / work ethic for being too light I guess that’s fair but to say he can’t get to a normal weight in a fairly short amount of time is incorrect.
