Funny, as his play improves (as well as the play of the running backs), the health of the offensive line improves. It’s almost as if it were the ultimate team game.
Agreed. As the Oline improves, the rest of the Offense will improve as well.Funny, as his play improves (as well as the play of the running backs), the health of the offensive line improves. It’s almost as if it were the ultimate team game.
They don't have a winning record now, so it doesn't count, I guess. We have to wait until the end of the season to really find out if we played anyone good. If we beat the Seahawks next Thursday and they end up with a losing record, obviously they weren't any good.Wrong.
Dak led the Cowboys to a blowout victory in Week 2 against the at-the-time 1-0 NY Jets. Pretty much destroys this "played 2 teams with winning records. Lost both" false narrative.
That's not how it's supposed to work. If you label a team as not being an at or above .500 opponent, it's supposed to mean what was their record when you played them, not at the end of the season. They don't have a winning record now, so it doesn't count, I guess. How it works doesn't matter when agendas are involved. That's not how it's supposed to work. If you label a team as not being an at or above .500 opponent, it's supposed to mean what was their record when you played them, not at the end of the season.
Sad but true. How it works doesn't matter when agendas are involved.
Nah, end of the season is a better judge. That's not how it's supposed to work. If you label a team as not being an at or above .500 opponent, it's supposed to mean what was their record when you played them, not at the end of the season.
He’s playing well NOW. Will it continue I sure hope so has it in the past in the playoffs no it hasn’t. Again he’s playing well now against the teams on the current schedule. If they lost those same folks would be blasting him. It’s moving the goalposts when they don’t give credit when credit is deserved. The Cowboys have played 2 teams with winning records. Lost both. That isn't moving anything just cold hard facts. Additional fact, one of those teams beat the Cowboys for the 3rd time in 3 years.
Single highest grade by a QB since 2007? Yay us. (For the record he missed throws high as usual)
Now stop eating turkey legs and go win us a game beyond the wild card round.
Nope. Wrong.Nah, end of the season is a better judge.
However, we're not at the end of the season, so at this point in time you can only go by what it is now.
You certainly don't refer to the Jets as a .500+ opponent because they were 1-0 at the time. You look at what they are at the end of the season, and if you're not there yet, you look at where they are at this moment.
You’re ridiculous. This is sadThe Cowboys have played 2 teams with winning records. Lost both. That isn't moving anything just cold hard facts. Additional fact, one of those teams beat the Cowboys for the 3rd time in 3 years.

Is that what they did with Hurts statistics when the Eagles had to go to overtime to defeat the Commanders....in Philly?Put an asterisk next to it. It was just da Commanders.
Wow. You should notify the media. This is some hard hitting stuff that refutes everything they're saying.Wrong.

We have us a QB!
Exactly!! But the Goalpost Shifting goons have so polluted the "QB vs Winning Teams stat" to Hate on Prescott. That's not how it's supposed to work. If you label a team as not being an at or above .500 opponent, it's supposed to mean what was their record when you played them, not at the end of the season.
Totally backwards. 100%.Nope. Wrong.
When someone says, "Well, the Cowboys haven't beat a .500+ team." It's referring to what was the record of their opponent at the time they played, NOT AT THE END OF THE SEASON.
Anyone who says it's about what the opponent's record is at the end of the season is outright being dishonest.
Exactly. Great observation. Also throw in the play calling all of a sudden looks better. Hmm….Funny, as his play improves (as well as the play of the running backs), the health of the offensive line improves. It’s almost as if it were the ultimate team game.
