No one here is calling that man a good GM. Well, most aren't. And that's what matters. Not some rich dude grinding on some chicks.

But that is our "karma"...

LOL. Just, LOL.

And seriously...you wanna add to that Karma?...it all starts in a bar....w/ coaches....and "no toast"...and an egocentric owner losing his mind and blowing up the greatest dynasty the league could have ever seen. That's Karma..

Ok bro, go stick more pins in that voodoo doll of yours.

Jerry is a sorry GM. Our "karma" (still don't get the meaning of that with your usage; think you don't understand that word) is futility for the past 2 decades.

He ain't GM'ing anymore. We're due.

Stahp.

I know what Karma is....probably better than most. Many don't believe it...but believe me...it's real. The best thing Jerry Jones could do...is come clean. Admit his mistakes. Right his wrongs...and maybe...just maybe the Karma Gods might show leniency. Until then...I'm sure he and Cowboy fans alike are gonna suffer until he repeants his sins. It's up to you Jerry Jones...Do you wanna be remembered as the bumbling drunk that ruined America's team?? Or do you wanna restore the pride and make America's team great again?

I'm not sold on the Giants

If risen pukes favorite qb can show something, I like the Eagles more than I do the Giants

Old qb
No ol
Who's the runner?
Psychopath at wideout

Nah...

Beautiful play by Montana

He played the sidelines, baited Too Tall, while waiting for Clark to clear himself out of traffic.

Greatest play in NFL history ...
Lesser men have been suspended for such a comment. ;)

What I'm saying is, is that I don't understand how Jerry rubbing up on some young women translates, in your eyes, to bad karma for the team.

What I'm also saying is, is that Jerry -- the horrid GM -- is the reason for our futility. That's it.

His personal life would suffer from the karma, if any, for his shenanigans. Not the Cowboys. Take your tinfoil hat off.

He isn't the GM, anymore, ergo we're due. Our time is coming.

Cut it out.

You just don't understand how vilified Jerry is to the rest of the league..and in no way is he ever going to win another Super Bowl as long as he is the owner of the Dallas Cowboys. He rubbed a lot of people wrong way when he bought the team...then rode the coattails of Jimmy Johnson for 3 titles...took credit for that....and now is playing the simpathy card...as the old broken down man that never had any breaks in life. Oh please...This 20 year drought is all on Jerry and his big fat ego...and the powers in the league aren't gonna let him forget it. Jerry has never been a football guy...nor will he ever be. Some guys just get it....most don't. And Jerry has tried to fool his way through the process. But the fact we are now 20 years + into the process should show the entire world...Jerry could never figure it out. Now the joke is he's got a gold jacket...as if he really earn it. People in the know..know it's a fraud..and he is being made the goat. If Jerry had any clue...he would tell the HOF to stick it. and take the jacket and burn it. But no...Jerry is gonna parade it around as some great accomplishment....like a fool.

Floaty, your abuse of the ellipsis is only paralleled by Bryan Broaddus.

Cheers, bud.

I'd love nothing better than to realistically expect the Cowboys to play in the Super Bowl this year.

My practicality also warns me to avoid falling into the trap of setting myself up for disappointment.

This Dallas defense has a long ways to go before expectations should rightfully be that confident.

I agree. But people keep only talking about the defense. The offense will have to get better also. The schedule is stacked with good defenses this year.

Beautiful play by Montana

He played the sidelines, baited Too Tall, while waiting for Clark to clear himself out of traffic.

Greatest play in NFL history ...

"If you don't get what you want, simply throw the ball away. Just throw it out." - 49er Head Coach Bill Walsh's instructions to Joe Montana before he went back out into the field for the play that resulted in "the Catch".

Also note, it was not called "The Throw" or "The Pass".

Roger Staubach was quoted as saying he believes Joe was throwing it out of bounds.

Montana didn't "bait' anybody on the play he was about to get hit by Larry Bethea and threw the ball on his back foot.

It was not a great pass, it was very high and, most likely, he threw it in a spot where it may have had a low probability of being caught but, more importantly, it could not be intercepted and would then extend the game one more play. It just happened that Dwight Clark was able to make the leap and catch it by his fingertips.

However, you are correct. It was a great play and definitely sour grapes on my part.

Some of the greatest plays in NFL history were the ones that were made against the Dallas Cowboy defense and for good reason. There was that play, of course and there was also the 4th down play in the Ice Bowl. There was the Lynn Swan catch in the Super Bowl and even the field goal in Super Bowl V that won it for the Baltimore Colts.

Erase those plays and you add two to four more Super Bowls to the Cowboys history.
