Well, at least he's trying to get it done before the regular season starts.

We might not even know if Zeke is playing on the 10th until that Friday.

I think Henderson will get out his decision as soon as possible because of the possible 53 man roster ramification for the Cowboys...

The bright side we are guaranteed Zeke for week 1. If a decision is not reached by 4 pm Tuesday, then he can't be suspended for that week. If the decision to uphold the suspension is made, then there is plenty of time to file an injunction.

This one goes to the true legal system. To me the NFL is counting on another Brady type in the CBA ruling, and if not they will say we did out part and the judge decided otherwise. A calculated move on their part.

If found guilty through the regular system that we are all subject to then Zeke deserves punishment, being subject to the loose interpretation of " social justice" in the CBA to me without weighing the outside legal system in the equation doesn't smell right.

Very poor negotiations on the part of the NFLPA who didn't think of the potential extortion side of the equation where anyone can claim anything against a player.

What's next rape ??? ( factor into any response I mean it didn't happen but after consensual sex a claim is made for $$$$)

If this gets to the legal system, it won't be to determine if he's guilty or not. The legal system is going to determine if the nfl has the right to suspend him or not based on procedural matters, not guilt. Two things that come to mind are the question of whether Henderson is impartial (independent) or not, and them blocking TT from testifying.

Agree. It will come down to the " process" and hopefully justice will be served with all the facts revealed.....

That includes a verification of punishment if in " fact " Zeke is guilty, which I for one don't think he is or the outside of the N FL legal system would have made a name for themselves by prosecuting him.

Thats the rub..... the NFLPA didn't negotiate this DV policy....... the NFL implemented it on their own after the RRice fiasco.... they say they don't need approval to change to Personal Conduct Policy but that will be a big issue on Federal Appeal
