When sexual misconduct is the basis of the issue it can become a very emotional discussion. It hits on a very sensitive subject in our society .

And public figures, celebrities and athletes are all too often defended because of their popularity and embraced fandom as some fans and supporters don’t want to believe their hero’s could be guilty .

In most cases it takes a very brave citizen to come forward . Sure , there are instances of opportunist but when we are dealing with a celebrity with known history of Sexual Misconduct it’s only natural to draw some speculations based on the info provided .

I prefer standing with these women who come forward instead of sexual misconduct celebrities with prior history.

If it’s proven the accusations are completely false then I will acknowledge . At this point the only facts are that the Marriott and NFL took action on the accusations from this employee.

I support these two entities swift action. That doesn’t translate to I absolutely believe he is guilty . But until a further investigation is conducted I believe it was the right action taken.

The fact that they've not released anything doesn't mean anything. It's called the legal game and they all play it.

Irvin filed the suit, if we think the Marriott layers are going to be borderline cooperative, we're dreaming. They will do what they have to do when they have to do it.

Why did this federal judge give them until 3/7 to turn it over? All they have to do is hand it over, they do not have to prepare anything.

It's all part of the broken system designed to benefit those that work within it rather than those who need to use it.

That’s an attitude and stance which makes it even more difficult for women with legitimate complaints to come forward especially against celebrity personalities.

Surely you’re not suggesting these women who have been sexually abused shouldn’t accuse these men?
