Yep. I think so.Is that what leaders do?

Yup, how's that for incentive? You get paid big bucks whether you win, lose, or sleep through the game. No incentive whatsoever.I wonder how common this is, like across the league, the guys that are expecting $20mm paydays or making that much, if they show up or not.
A team as good as ours doesn't need to practice. All we need is a victory party before the game.Yes yes ........ practice is not necessary ...... we get it.
Fact!I’m not surprised.
The Cowboys culture promotes softness.
Our guys run from the grind.
They are pretending, because they are 2 steps behind.Like anyone here would not use the same leverage Parsons has to get PAID.
The FO deserves this, they pretend they’re two steps ahead.
I'm posting this but I wouldn't read too much into it
There is an article/tweet out there ( tried to post some of last night but it was deleted ) that his absence has nothing to do with contract issues. He is currently working out with his trainer via a personalized training program. As a matter of fact, it also noted he did the same thing last year. Was there a complete list of 'no shows', as it does seem a bit of a witch hunt. It's a voluntary practice.....and Micah's problem isnt him trying, it's more so spreading his effort to help maintain form into December/January.
Yeah that’s a total culture thing, now maybe every team is like this, but these guys are going to get paidYup, how's that for incentive? You get paid big bucks whether you win, lose, or sleep through the game. No incentive whatsoever.
He doesn't want to get better, he just wants to get paid. It’s voluntary but it’s apparent the team isn’t committed. That’s part of the problem.
But Micah the Mouth is the one always extolling hard work and what it means to be a leader, a lion, and now he's treating voluntary camp like it might be a bad thing. Was there a complete list of 'no shows', as it does seem a bit of a witch hunt. It 'might' be a bad thing, but it's more likely by December we'll be complaining that he's burnt out.But Micah the Mouth is the one always extolling hard work and what it means to be a leader, a lion, and now he's treating voluntary camp like it might be a bad thing.
Second.Rather simple.....why step on the field or the workout room when employer is messing with YOUR money? Why?
