Philly lost their starting RB, LT, and MLB as well

If you want to give JG the credit for the offensive draft picks, then you also have to blame him for all the bad defensive picks.
It's a myth that the overall team talent is better with JG as the HC. Go back and compare the defensive players he inherited and the defensive players he drafted.

It's laughable how bad he did on the defensive side. He can't win a game without Lee. A player he inherited from Wade's era.

Well when you have 40 holes on your team and have a limited amount of resources? Something has to be left unattended. Offensive line was screwed up so they had to use those picks on it.

Bringing up facts like this go against the agenda of this thread though lol.

So now it's "only Denver", huh? They sure didn't look like "only Denver" when they abused Garrett and the Cowboys, did they?

Holy crap what is being argued here? Whose injuries are the worst?

Unbelievable.

What I see being argued is that one team can suffer losses of its starting player and another team can't.

And it's completely accurate.

Wrong again. They've spent multiple top picks on defense. In fact, they spent more top first 3 round picks on defense than offense.

Are those 3 all-pro players like the cowboys are. Because if they not then there is no comparison. Good try tho

The eagles are 8-1 and look way better than we did any anytime during our our 13-3 season a year ago...

I agree with that point and that was the original intent of the thread.

But then it seemed to turn into cowboys vs eagles fans discussing which players that are hurt are better or not.

No they didn't, after their bye Denver's defense has gone from allowing 18 PPG to 33 PPG and their offence went from 24 PPG to 13 PPG--with a QB change. Went from winning 3 out of 4 to losing 5 strait.

If you had to pick between Zeke, Smith and Lee or Sproles, Peters and Hicks to play on your team this year who would you pick??? I’ll wait...hell if you had to pick the best 3 out of those 6 which 3 would it be??? Exactly.

Peters and Sproles are both out of their primes...Sproles best year wouldn’t even beat out Zeke. Hicks isn’t on Lee level or close. Peters was really good 3+ years ago.

Sighhhhhh, that was never my point. As I've stated numerous times in this thread. The point is they lost very good players and haven't fallen apart. They overcame the injuries. We act like the sky is falling around here. Ours are coming back as well, Phillys are gone.

for the season. Just thought I would remind everyone about that. Yet we fall apart when we lose just one. It's really amazing.

And management had the presence of mind to go out and steal Ajayi from the Dolphins.

Yeah, not getting involved in debating details, just the big picture truth.

So Denver is a good team now? You should know better than to try and compare games in this league. Are we better than the Pats since we dominated the Chiefs and they beat the Pats?

It pains me to say it. Because I hate the eagles. But their GM Howie Roseman of all people is running circles around our front office right now.

I

The Saints and Rams are the teams to beat this year. However, with all the luck the Iggles have had this year, it wouldn't shock me if Brees and Goff go down

This is a poor argument. Lee was better as a rookie than Hicks has been at any point in his career, same for Tyron and Peters. And hell Zeke was better in high school than Darren Sproles.

Better teams and better coaches have exposed the Broncos flaws. We made Trevor Siemien look like John Elway and the Broncos look like Super Bowl contenders.
