Philly or GB?

that's an easy for me - root for GB to win.

1) a GB win further secures a big lead in the NFC East division, and that's what you hunt for in a Division title that also helps secure a playoff berth
2) also I want as much grief and frustration on Eagles fans as possible. they are just hideously arrogant, poor behavior fans!

Watch Philly win this one. Backs to the wall, and I am not impressed with GB. Their offense is okay but nothing stellar.

with Wentz's big target still questionable (ala desean Jackson, Jeffries, Dallas Gobert) and a run game that is still not distinguished, it'll still be tough picking for Wentz
and philly still has a sux-fested secondary that can be had by a very capable passing attack. i'm still surprised they made no move to upgrade their secondary in the off season.

I believe both Jeffery's and Goedert are expected to play Thursday. No idea if either will be a full strength but Wentz will have more weapons. DeSean reportedly is still 1-2 games away from returning.

Oh no. I remember Philly had that tie in 2008 which ended up helping them in the end. No thanks.

Not really. The tie didn't hurt them, but a tie is never advantageous when compared to a win. Had they won the game earlier in the season, they would have been 10-6 and still needing a win against us in week 17 in order to get in. Still would have been the 6th seed as well.

It comes down to Rodgers. If he is on, I just can't see how the Eagles win. If he and the offense are still sputtering............ Philly could win.

GB winning is better for us. Philly will eventually get some of their key guys back from injury so the bigger the hole they are in, the better.

I cant decide who to root for tomorrow. On one hand having a chance to bury Philly early (put them 3 games back) is fantastic. On the other hand we are already competing with GB for best record in the conference.

Who are you rooting for and why?
Philly better give the farm to get Ramsey as they have serious pass def issues.
Eagles fly into a cheese wall.....boom 1-3.....

You can't decide? For real?

I hate both but winning the division is the easiest way to get into the playoffs. Being at least 2 and possibly three ahead of the Piggles before October would be awesome.

This early in the season, Packers. If the Eagles were irrelevant later on and we already had the division wrapped up and competing with GB for a top seed, I'd root for the Eagles.

Winning the division is the first goal. Eagles going to 1-3 would be HUGE! To say the least. Especially since so many were penciling them to get to the Super Bowl. It is way too early to be talking about top seeds. Division always comes first right now. Eagles schedule gets a little easier as it goes on as ours gets tougher. You want them to pile up as many losses as they can. You don't want them to get back to 2-2 and feeling good. Remember, we were 3-5 last year and looked dead. Won a big game against the Eagles on primetime and never looked back. Don't let them get any momentum.

Philly.

We have the chance to beat Philly twice and the division will take care of itself. I want home field so I'll take the Pack to lose

A giant meteor and/or a tie. However is possible for both to lose.
