Another good pick. Not spectacular but very solid and understands the passing game.

And tough. Love this pick

If he can actually catch the ball, right there I like him more than Felix. :laugh2:

Had over 100 catches for just over 900 yards. 43 career TDs in 3 years at OSU.

It's almost comical watching the reactions from "fans" here. Big 12 player...love the pick...non Big 12....that's stupid.

What kind of RB is he?

Think Arian Foster. Not that he's Foster, but similar running style. Both guys need some good blocking, but play with some power and have nifty feet in the open field to overcome the lack of track speed.

I don't love the pick. Probably a player we needed. I wanted James Franklin out of UCLA the most of any back left going into today.

Got it the first time on the Williams pick... We're all a bunch of idiot redneck "fans" who only know players within a three state radius.

I bet most posters here aren't even from Texas.

Was that music in the background of the second video, or someone dragging a rasp across the teeth of a crosscut saw? I didn't realize I was so far removed from the real world. LOL

Downhill runner. Pretty good vision

One thing I saw in the highlights was he's always going forward - I didn't see a lot of lateral moves. The flip side is that he hits the hole and has enough shiftiness to always get positive yards. Third and 1 or 2 yards has been iffy the past couple years, so I like this pick. Similar in style to Murray, it seems which is a good thing since the OL can maintain their tempo when he comes in. We're drafting well this year overall, IMO.

That's how you get value, good pick #Cowboys...Randle runs stronger than he looks with good play speed, made Vaccaro look silly a few times

Keys to #Cowboys #JosephRandle pick. Good pass blocker. WIth lots of 1-back sets, RB has to be good blocker.

See a slight philosophical change from #Cowboys O going forward. With #Escobar & Randle seeing more #Martz-style Coryell scheme than (cont.)

Zampese-style. More spread with TEs. Finally seem to be giving up on Moose Johnston-style F-back.

How could you not legitimately like Terrance Williams? That was a huge steal.

Because we took a TE in round two, implying we will use 2 TE sets more, which devalues the WR position a small amount.

Then when you combine what we have in Dwayne Harris, and the underneath/wiggle role that Coale Beasley could fill, I just dont think we needed to go WR there. Would have preferred to wait a year and get a WR then.

If we had not taken a TE in rd two, I would have loved the pick. But when we already have pro bowlers at both positions, why draft pure depth in the 2nd and 3rd rounds, when there are much more pressing needs?

I understand BPA, but only to a certain extent.
