Tier 1: Gallup, Gregory, Kearse (Pro-Bowl Potential)

Tier 2: Shultz, Wilson, Williams, Armstrong (Average Starters)

Tier 3: Hooker, Neal, Watkins, LVE, Kazee, Urban (Depth and Package Dependent Contributors/Fringe Starters)

Free agency is almost always a bad deal for good players. Good players get overpaid, if they get a contract. The best guys to sign are the low levels who you think have some promise, or older low level guys

Great players, maybe you sign because they're not *that* overpriced, and it costs something to bring one to your team. Should have at least tried to extend Gregory in the summer. Now, pay him elite money? That's about what it's going to take.

No one else in Tier 1 or Tier 2.

I'd probably try to sign Hooker quick. He has shown little this year, but might have more next year.

Sportrac has Neal as under contract and a FA. I am not sure which one he really is.

Looked like a weird contract that guaranteed voids in March. Prevents him from signing elsewhere til then. Looks like it is designed to make us first in line to sign him next year, if we want it. I don't. He has been bad this year.

Gregory and Kearse should be the top 2 priorities- obviously it would be nice to have Gallup stay but he’s going to get a big offer from one of our division rivals without a shadow of doubt in my mind.
