Pick one guy from the Front Office or Coaching, to have here in Dallas, which one would it be? No players, just Coach or someone from the Front Office.

I think I'd pick Ozzie Newsome. If I could pick just one guy, that would probably be it.

I take it this is someone we don't already have.

Dennis Thurman.

No, it can be someone we already have, but perhaps in a different position.

Then make mine Jason Garrett as the Head Coach.

Can we bring Vince Lombardi back to life?

If we can then I would bring Paul Brown (HC), Tom Landry (DC), and Sid Gillman (OC) here in a heartbeat! I'd have Lombardi run the STs.

I would also bring back Tex Schramm to run the front office.

Tony Dungy.

Guy made 10 straight playoff apperances, including 3 QBed by Shaun Hill, Trent Dilfer and Brad Johnson.

No coach in the league is more respected than this guy, and he's earned it. Really knows how to manage talent.

You're gonna have to explain that one. Maybe you want to keep him as OC and see how he developes, but what has he done to show he's HC material?

No, I want him as the Head Coach here. I've wanted this since the guy was our 3rd string QB in the 1990's. I think he will be a brilliant Head Coach. I have always thought that, even before he got into coaching.

Yup. My search would begin and end w/ him. They lose half the team and still go 11-5. We get a hang nail and tank the season.
