Cowboy Chris or Crazy Cowboy ..whatever his name is.. as Director of Media Relations.

"Next question Werder!" "Stupid question Werder." "I'm in your head Werder!"

Seriously, I'd want Mark Cuban as Owner. Just as big an ego as Jerry but Cuban isn't afraid to hire qualified professionals to run his team. Goes out of his way to make sure his players are happy.

Belichick is an obvious choice. If it meant that Wade had to leave, I'd go with Rex Ryan. If Wade is staying, I'd go with Sparano.

No, I want him as the Head Coach here. I've wanted this since the guy was our 3rd string QB in the 1990's. I think he will be a brilliant Head Coach. I have always thought that, even before he got into coaching.

I'm not vocal about it, but I agree, Hos, that he's going to be a great HC. He'd need the right experienced coordinators under him at this point, though, if he were going to get it so soon. If Wade were to go, we'd have to nearly start over on defense, and I'd hate to see that.

first let me state that this is not a guy or a move that I think would solve all of our problems - nor is this a move that I think is most important at this time. However, my main thoughts have already been shared by others so I chose not to tag along with their ideas. With that being said I do believe getting this guy would do WONDERS for our team.

QB Coach - Norv Turner! I would do backflips if this happened. Id try at least. He would instantaneously make Romo an elite QB.

I think I'd pick Ozzie Newsome. If I could pick just one guy, that would probably be it.

I believe that would be a fine pick.

So he can rebuild his Evil Emprie with a blue star with silver outlining stamped on it. Id even do the taping of other team's signals for him. :tu

I've always liked Capers as a DC.

No, I want [Garrett] as the Head Coach here. I've wanted this since the guy was our 3rd string QB in the 1990's. I think he will be a brilliant Head Coach. I have always thought that, even before he got into coaching.

Based on what...Garrett's perception of being a coach on the field? Please, like Garrett made Aikman what he was! The truth with Garrett is that reality has now dwarfed the perception of him;and the reality is that the head coaching job was his to lose, and he went out got so miserably outcoached, that as a result, he lost that job. Garrett as head coach? Whatever! All I keep reading on this board is how we might want to fire Phillips or demote him to defensive coordinator. Well at least Phillips took over the defense and made them play well, at least long enough until the offense kept the defense on the field so long that they eventually wore down.

All Garrett did was fail. All the "fire him" talk should be for Garrett, not Phillips. And I wouldn't even talk about Garret and a demotion for him because this season was enough for me to KNOW that he is NOT coaching material at any level in the NFL. He should be interviewing at colleges. Period!

I've already explained it. Either you can live with my explanation or you can't.

Hostile, do you attribute any of the team's failings to Garrett, or are you giving him a clean pass?

I think the entire roster and coaching staff blew it. But I have never been stupid enough to use the shotgun approach to looking at problems. I don't simply get pissed off and blast away without knowing whys and wherefores. No one has a "clean pass" but no one is getting the brunt of the buckshot either.

If you ask me if Garrett was a major reason for the blew it, I will tell you no. He shares some blame.
