I appreciate how consistently you are a coach apologist.
You must be a coach on some level.
I'am, and I know what coaches deal with.I've seen it at HS and NFL level

I always liked Bill Cowher's style. He was able to instill a healthy amount of fear in the players while still conveying that he had their back and would fight for them. Seemed like the right mix of fear, respect, admiration and camaraderie.
Kinda like being a dad :)

This is the offseason drama that I thrive in. Just what I was looking for.

Told you guys before that this locker room was in shambles for various reasons. No fear, no accountability, no fear of punishment for lack of effort etc.
Well you might have told us but I got a sense of that from watching them play and especially the game where he tried to high-five all of them coming off the field and they walked right by him it was pretty evident at that point

Heres the truth. Young men actually WANT to be led. This is true in the military, in business, and yes in sports as well. Thing is,.... they want to be led by someone who actually KNOWS what they are doing and how to lead. Young or not..... you can always sniff out the pretenders and sadly for us thats exactly what Garrett was.

They don't want to led, get out of here with that bs,a lot of players when they feel like they've made it, or when they've been entitled, which happens a lot in Dallas, they don't adhere to leadership. Especially when they become millionaires

I firmly believe that fear is a fundamental element to a coach's success.

And no that is not fearing that the coach screams at them etc.

But that if they defy the coach, the front office will have his back in terms of his release.

If you know you can flip the head coach the bird on Sunday and still have a job on Monday, it is not a good thing.

Dont agree with you on this point at all. I do agree with the rest of what you said though.

young men want to play and make money in the nfl. by the time they get to that second contract, they feel they've already arrived. theres not many with the attitude of Dak.

At some point, we need to stop talking about Garrett in the present tense.

He's gone. All his Orcs are being beheaded. And Jerry is a demented elderly creature damn near dead.

We've won. We outlasted it. Let's move forward.

Nah youre just a loser that isnt good at collecting trash in offices. Im sure youre a janitor. If youre good at your job you have options whether youre fired or not. Wouldnt expect someone like you to understand that though.
you talk stupid, I guarantee you wouldn't pull Jerry up either. Hell I bet you wouldn't do it at your everyday job now.
