By time these kids make it to the pros they are self absorbed. They were the best kids on their pop warner, aau teams. Best players on their hs team. And the good ones are the best ones on their college teams. They were the best on their team for the last decade. Players also realize at a young age who the best players are on their team and support them because it's best for their team if they play.
