Please do not try and defend Romo today

I like Romo he has been a very good QB, and todays loss was the entire teams fault. But please I am seeing in threads Romo played great and it wasnt his faut etc, I call BS

INT put Detroit on our own 28

4 fumbles 2 lost one of them giving Detroit the ball on the Dallas 13

Romo deserves plenty of blame for todays loss

Thank you for not be blind eyed and brainless, glad you and I see the truth for what it is.....

hell yeah he does, not just fumbles but careless fumbles
heck he is the biggest cause for the loss as far as one player
But holding the ball better will be easy to fix, I have confidence in his ability in 07

Exactly, sure he made some great plays, but his TOs killed this team at the same time. As Bad as Defense was, you don't give opposing team the ball at your or near your end zone and except the Defense to hold the opposing team. Even a good team will have trouble.

Romo killed this team with key turnovers at really bad times. And yeah, OL was bad, Defense was bad, but lets not obsolve this blame off from Romo.

Amen! But you know people on this website don't want to the truth, kind of like on the job if you're not meeting company standards.

I agree I think he will do very well next season, heck I think we can still make some noise this year

You're getting defensive without reason, no one declared Romo the anti-christ but they've instead noted that where the quarterback goes so does the team.

His play has been down since the Giant game and the the whole team has looked lethargic in kind, no he doesn't play defense but this team isn't good enough to win shootouts or have their quarterback turn the ball over an average of twice a game the past month.

Romo is still raw, no one is saying to jettison him but he is not winning anyone's confidence with the last month of play and people are disappointed because they WANT him to succeed.

So take a chill pill and realize that most people are concerned about Romo because they care and you also need to realize he has not played up to snuff since New York.

I love it. The OL was not to blame for bledsoe sucking, but it is to blame for Romo sucking.

Yes, we have a suck*** OL. But Romo has done more than his part to kill the high this team was riding on a month and a half ago.

You OBVIOUSLY can't remember SQUAT!

I have blamed the o-line for a LONG time.

Do you just come on here and post drivel without even researching the person you are replying to?

Do you think that this team would be in the playoffs without Romo? Do you think that this team wouldn't have been blown out of Romo wasn't in there?

Go back to bed.

The o-line was Bledsoe's downfall and I said it when he was replaced. But, he is a yesteryear QB....ZERO mobility. In todays NFL, you need SOME escapability!

is he a part of todays loss? YES! when the entire freaking team is, it's only natural players on that team are at fault.

this lesson of common sense brought to you by me.

now, scoring 31 points should be enough.
we should be able to stop 3 rookies on an OL and a 34 year old journeyman QB who doesn't have a legitimate RB anywhere on the field.

it wasn't, and we didn't.

biggest bulk of the blame goes to the D.

romo is just more "sexy" to pick on i suppose.

"rofl owned", just like romo's play did to the cowboys in the last month.

rofl owned indeed.

Hey, im glad Romo was able to "rofl own" the defenses of Carolina, WSH, Arizona, Indianappolis, Tampa Bay. Too bad he decided to not show up against the meat of our schedule when it mattered.

You nailed it man. We won't win another game unless a miracle turn around occurs.

he didn't help his cause w/the fumbles and the INT, cb19. i do think this is just a growing pain and he'll be fine in the end. it's just the instant gratification socitey is having a full force meeting right now to flog the psudeo obvious.

Waa waaa. Bottom line, Romo hasn't performed in the last month or so and it shows in the play of our offense. Yes our line sucks but their play does not absolve your QB of blame when he coughs up the ball and makes terrible decisions.

Actually cb19 is having difficulty imagining how someone can be pro-Romo and still critcize his play.

so why do you ignore a HUGE DEFENSIVE COLLAPSE in the last month just so you can pick on romo?

crap like this is where people get their agenda tags stapled onto them.

Just becuase he isn't the LONE reason we lost doesnt mean he is free from blame and/or criticism. I love this. "Criticize everyone, EXCEPT FOR THE FOOTBALL JESUS"
