Please Washington play your starters vs US. We need the 11th pick in the draft!

We haven't picked that often from 11-17. I believe we have drafted only 8 times in that range over last 35 years.

If that's the case, wow, that excellent!!! Hitting on around 85+% of those 11-17 1st round picks is great!

Depends on if Washington would rather play at Philly or at La Rams. I would think they would rather avoid playing Philly so they may play to win?

I agree. I think this game has meaning for them b/c the Rams are the weaker seed and weather won't be a factor in LA.

Still would WAY rather have the 11th pick in every round than the 17th!!!!

I would have preferred a top 5 pick. IF Dallas management had any acumen, strategy would have been to play younger players to see what they will have for 2025. Less experienced players like Trey would have allowed the Dallas record to have been worse with a much higher draft pick.

Even Jerry knows the 11th pick gives him way more draft capital than the 17th pick!

you seem like you're losing sleep over whether the Cowboys are going to try to win this game or not.....

you want them to tank and I'm telling you I'll never be a partner to that idea, I hope the Cowboys go out and just absolutely demolish the Commanders and yes I must still call them that ,and I hope they hurt Jayden Daniels and I hope, I don't care about sportsmanship, I hope they lift their leg on the Washington team and ruin their year , but I'm fully acceptable and on board with the fact that they lose we get a better draft slot,​

see how that works, I hate the Commanders, I do not want them to win this game, and no universe will I ever approve of them losing to any NFC East rival or the Pittsburgh Steelers or the Green Bay Packers or the 49ers, those are the teams I will absolutely pull for the Cowboys to win no matter what and I hope they take cheap shots I hope they get dirty and I hope they send some of our worst guys on the bottom end of our roster in a bounty bowl and hurt some dudes, that's right that's, how I roll that's how savage I am as a fan I will not accept losing to our hated rivals....​

That’s not how I roll. I believe in stretching the rules, but not flat out cheating!

Of course players should always play to win, but of course fans are different. We sit in the stands, or in front of our TV’s, with very little impact on the game( loud fans in Seattle for example can impact the game). If our team is playing a late season game with no chance of making the playoffs it is completely reasonable, as a fan, to hope your team losses a competitive game to get earlier draft picks. With earlier draft picks statistically there are more good players left in the draft! Why is this logic to complicated for some fans( I can see it being to complicated for Philly fans, but Dallas fans?).

Also, with a 6th seed they have a chance at hosting a game. The Rams are a pretty good 7th seed. They could possibly go on a roll which would give the Skins a chance to play them, if the Skins keep winning.

I am not counting out the Rams. I think the skins lose first round in Philly or LA, but LA is the more winnable game.

Your right. I forgot the Rams are a division winner with a record which should make them the 7th seed( in my opinion).

I think Quinn keeps his starters in the whole game if it is close.

Hopefully, Jerry understands it is more important to give Lance some playing time, along with a few other young players, and getting the better draft picks, than winning this game.

We might beat them with their starters. The Skins are not that much better than us. QB is their big advantage.
I think the difference will be Daniel’s making more plays than our QB’s.
