I mean honestly that type of analysis is just useless. First you don't know the design of the run. Is it power left, is it a dive? Also what's the down and distance? Running a draw on 3rd and 1 and running a draw on 1st and 10 will get two different approaches by the RB. What about the defense? What kind of defense are they running? What are the players responsibilities? Did they regonize the play. There is so much that goes into a single play its completely useless to try and use nonsense like player positioning to determine "expected yards". That whole analysis is just someone trying to justify a job. Because none of them have the data you would need to make anywhere near accurate assumptions about how tough a play call would be to execute
