And your little trash article said NOTHING about working out the upper body is bad or wrong. Have you even watched track lately? I’m guessing not because if you did you would see the upper body muscles in these Sprinters. The fact you don’t get that says alot.Not sure what track coaches you've worked with, but these guys dont agree.
