If I was coach I would give Pollard 15 carries, Zeke 10 with most being of the short yardage and GL variety or 2nd half work with a lead. I would always start the game with Pollard trying to get a lead. I would also give Pollard 4-6 targets a game and Zeke maybe 1 or 2.
So it would be 60-40 Pollard and Zeke in a defined shorter yardage role. Zeke would also get action on 3rd down as a pass blocker at times and I would use him at FB blocking in the run game in two back sets.
THAT would be maximizing the skill set of both guys to its fullest while giving the offense the more of a spark and dimension that it needs with Pollard.
