There has been talks that he may be ready to return after the bye. If thats the case thats leaves us with one more game without Bryant

Bryant himself wont cure all that ills, but having a go to guy and a player defense need to account for would be huge

Dez Bryant was examined late last week. "There's been no setbacks," Jones said. Says there's a "real shot" he could play after Week 6 bye against the New York Giants.

We are criticizing Weeden for not throwing deep when we really lack decent deep threats right now (Williams is not that threat, Beasley is a 6 yard type player, and Witten takes a few hours to get downfield most times, there's our 3 best receivers right now...). Getting Dez back would give him a very good deep threat who can catch anything that comes his way... that will be nice :) and might put us over the edge against teams like the Bucs, Eagles, and Giants :)

Don't rush him back, please. I don't think he'll make a huge difference for Weeden, anyone remember the cards game from last year when he forced the ball to Bryant all game while other receivers were open? I sure hope I am wrong though.

It was because of Dez those receivers were open... Weeden's been pretty good at throwing to the open man this year, with Dez back he will have a lot more open receivers to throw to. Sound nice :)

This is going to be one of those season's where our hearts are continually going to get stomped on.

I truly hope I'm wrong but I am probably not.

I would not risk it - or him for this year - Julio Jones sat out a year

I am no Doctor (not gonna play one here) but I am skeptical. Foot injuries are really unpredictableand not something I want to become chronic.
