The Cowboys can look at their defense as to why they are leaving with a 38-31 loss to Seattle. They could not come up with the key stops on Russell Wilson, who had five touchdown passes. They had too many penalties that kept drives alive. They are 1-2 after three games and their only win comes as a result of an unlikely onside kick recovery in Week 2 against Atlanta. This is not what Jerry Jones thought he was getting when he hired Mike McCarthy.
