I agree, think Steele is more tied to Philbin as he appears to really like the player. A new OL coach will probably see otherwise.
Or a Marc Columbo may see just the same as a Philibin,
- Just depends upon the OL coach - coaches are there with him on and off the field, they see work ethic, ..effort,.. motivation,.how much they work hard in the offseason strength program and film room
. they observe their ability to bounce back mentally from lapses... how they respond to coaching,.. how they keep up with techniques,..
some players are quick learners while some need more on hand tutoring.

- In terms of Position Role - some OL coaches may see this or that player position role as a flex utility that can be placed both outside or inside, OT and OG,
..while another OL coach is set in his ways with prototype and measurements that will only see a certain player as an interior guy,
..and Not an option such as outside OT such as Connor Williams who was an exceptional collegiate OT, but did not fare so well as a flex emergency center.
