I appreciate it but I doubt I will be feeling a whole lot better. I have played a lot of football in my life and I have had major injuries. I've done rehab and I've come back from those injuries but one thing I know. You don't know nothing until you play with contact, under the full weight of the players and the game. It's one thing to run drills. It's an entirely different thing to deal with lineman and FBs and TE's chipping you and WRs running whams at you.

Bottom line, we won't know until the first time he really gets in and plays under game conditions. Sigh....

You're completely right. But I think there should be more stock put into multiple good reports and video than one where he didn't.

At this point in time, drills are all we've got.

I don't know about you but it was much easier for me to go half speed during these kinds of practices then it was to go full tilt with pads.

Definitely easier but I would take it easier. I never had a catastrophic injury but if I had a hammy or quad strain, I would definitely walk with a limp, jog with a limp, but when we were going full speed I would turn on the grit and would play w/o issue. I feel like that's pretty common at the pro level. If you were to compare how basketball players walk around the court, you'd think they were all dealing with ACL sprains. But once the whistle goes, everyone sucks it up and is back to full speed. I suspect the effort required to run properly requires more exertion for Jaylon and he's taking it easier on jogs but hard to know. The best of his reps look very very good so that's intriguing and encouraging
