Besides Austin's horrible route (use the freaking sideline man) I dont know how much blame can be put on the WR's for last Sundays game.
Romo was just off.
Well that one horrible route by Austin would be pretty costly don't you think? If he runs the right route there, gets a first down inside the 5, and we score who knows how that changes the game. That one play is a huge difference.
Still the whole team, including Romo, has to play better despite things like that. THere is no way around that.

The other big difference is Brees' poor play hasn't led to 2 losses.
I don't recall anyone elevating Brees above Brady or Manning, but then I don't read every post.
Funny how that whole team thing works, right? Brees plays poorly but the rest of his team picks it up and gets the W. Gosh. Imagine that. A team playing like a *GASP* team.

Maybe if they wasn't having such terrible results we wouldn't be saying this. People have been blind homers about the team.
LOL! There it is again. Any difference in opinion makes a person either a blind homer or a hater. I love the crowd whose has zero ability to actually debate, or back up opinions, so they just resort to the 'blind homer' or 'hater' tags in order to make them feel like their point is stronger that way.
As for the OP. Good stuff from Tony but I expected nothing less. He's learned, easily, not to let the media get to him or to give them anything they're looking for. I like Tony. I believe Tony is a darn good QB and I do believe he'll be just fine.
