What basis would the NFL appeal on based on everything the judge says here? The NFL needs to go away quietly on this one. It's clear they were trying to punish Zeke as a means to make up for dropping the ball on the Ray Rice and Josh Brown cases.

They'll always raise some kind of appeal and the circuit court will probably hear arguments, at a minimum.
