Zeke has a much better chance to win than Tom Brady did after his injunction. "We think Zeke did it" is almost as weak as "my dog ate my homework".

I really wasn't trying to compare the two cases. It's just that the Brady case is the only other instance where a player was granted the chance to play all season after initially being suspended; at least that I know of.
