Preliminary Injunction Granted **merged**

I Would settle for Goodell getting caught in a scandal of snorting coke off a hooker's ***, but your way is cool, too.

Didn't hurt Colts owner one bit. Goodell should have been termed a while ago.

LOL

If you drive in SoCal, son, and run into me, or many others, especially those of us with little ones, while your little fat stubby thumbs are typing away on a phone, you best ought to hit n run. Court would be lesser on you than myself.

But I'd track you down. So, yeah...

Just to recap: Everyone reading this please do not hit his car because you will surely face the wrath of the safety warrior retro-Charlie Bronson.

P.S. torture will be especially heinous if safety warrior retro-Charlie Bronson Jr..is present.

Got it!

NFLN reporting Zeke will be with us all year unless the NFL requests an expidited hearing.

They don't see this happening (ex. hearing).
They can "request" it all they want.

Does not mean that they will get it.

The wheels of justice work very slow. They just need to take it for a while.

When you don't really have a case, an expedited hearing just speeds up taking that L.

They'll take all the time they want so they can try and prepare a case. But this is a big loss for the league office.

The league has hoo
They'll always raise some kind of appeal and the circuit court will probably hear arguments, at a minimum.
the league pays their lawyers very well. They will appeal but the judge really attacked the process more than the leagues right to punish and that's gonna be tough to overcome since the process was so flawed

The judge really laid the wood on the NFL. Many statements are truly amazing.

And this is just the ruling for an injunction.

Nothing is absolute in the law, but man it's looking bad for the league. How are they going to argue to overcome what the judge has already characterized as egregious misconduct? They'll have to pull something out of their ***.

They're lucky that the Brady case hinged on notice. This was a straight railroading, and the judge agreed. Going to be hard for them to try and somehow prove at trial that it was fair.
