No one has said it yet. But Jerry was right. Jerry actually knew what he was talking about when he said we would get good news at the end of the week.

Good for you Jerry. I thought he was just blowing smoke but he knew all along.

Jerry said more news and not good news....

I was hoping to see something criticizing the NFL for how horribly they weighted the evidence in drawing their conclusion.

Does anyone know if this will be addressed in the appeal process?

And this is just the ruling for an injunction.

Nothing is absolute in the law, but man it's looking bad for the league. How are they going to argue to overcome what the judge has already characterized as egregious misconduct? They'll have to pull something out of their ***.

They're lucky that the Brady case hinged on notice. This was a straight railroading, and the judge agreed. Going to be hard for them to try and somehow prove at trial that it was fair.

And correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't Goodell and Henderson be called to testify under oath?

Jerry missed his normally scheduling interview time on 105.3 this morning due to a conference call. When he came on later in the afternoon, he said his voice was worn out from a six hour meeting regarding personnel and compensation. I have a feeling that Henderson and Friel won't have their jobs for much longer and Goodell may see his salary cut.

If Judge Mazzant's ruling means anything at all, it definitely appears that Goodell and his cronies' case is on extremely shaky ground. I'd be shocked if the next legal decision to come next year is favorable to Goodell and his misguided idea of justice. Judge Mazzant left no doubt as to the extent of his disgust for Goodell's methods. It's been a dark day for Commissioner Goodell's office and a great one for Zeke Elliott. :)

What is worrisome is if this still gets in before the end of the regular season, the suspension is upheld, and we lose him for the playoffs (if we make it).

Exactly right. Learn from this and mature and realize and appreciate the opportunity ahead of you.

Wise up!

Yeah he better know why he is on the team and what we need from him. Because it's not legal trouble.

It's a whole different story if he doesn't get yards this year.
