I know. Nobody was really surprised. And this time there was a lot of evidence in Zeke's favor. Didn't matter. The NFL case was the weakest case I have ever seen them pursue. It's unbelievable.

Harold Henderson, appointed by Goodell was no doubt part of the conspiracy.
A conspiracy based on deceptive and dishonest evidence.
With no evidence, no conduct existed to warrant a suspension of EE
No proof, no suspension.

The notion that EE will eventually serve a suspension ignores the unique facts, circumstances, and the outright illegality and unfair process of the NFL's investigation and suspension of EE.

Judge Mazzant just torpedoed Goodell, Henderson, and the way the NFL handled this whole process.

Zeke has a much better chance to win than Tom Brady did after his injunction. "We think Zeke did it" is almost as weak as "my dog ate my homework".
