Dak has great years his 'contract years' .

you know what im saying ? .. stop cherry picking 1 game and look at 8 years .
Apparently his contract years in your eyes are 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2023. Because you look at the numbers for those years and they are great. Right now Dak is considered 2nd in the MVP race and that is not cherry picking a game that is looking at the entire year.

Meanwhile you want to use a 1st round pick for a player who will on average be Mitch Trubisky and to be honest with where they will be drafting it is actually likely to be much much worse.

im talking about 8 years ...

and in his best year (right now) we have an 18% chance of winning the SB .

he doesn't have it to win the SB .
Wins are not and never have been a QB stat anymore than they are a Guard stat or a T stat or a CB stat. TEAMS make SBs. You put Mahomes on the Cardinals and that is a 4-5 win team at best. The actual people whose job it is to evaluate QBs and prepare for them every single week had Dak as a top 10 QB. The odds of drafting a QB in the first round who can become a top 10 QB are not great. That is the reality you fail to acknowledge and that is simply finding someone who is just as good putting you right back where you started.

And to make a great team you need CAP SPACE .

If that is all you have then you clearly are not bright enough to waste time on further. Maybe you should play with a coloring book or try to put a puzzle together or something more your level.
you are a puzzle , im trying to put some common sense in you

so your not saying get lucky with the #1 darft winning QB once your saying it needs to be done every 3 years?.. wow, guess what a SB winning QB is gonna want?
needs to be done every 5 years .., around there .

IF we win a SB , THEN we extend the QB .

Philly hasn’t won a Super Bowl with their current QB. And he’s a baller, like Dak, too. But before you move on from what you have you need to know you have a viable alternative. Wentz was a first round draft pick, second pick overall, and the Eagles did move on from him, after they felt they had a viable alternative. Can you suggest a name the Cowboys should consider that would be a viable alternative to Dak Prescott?

Man i give you credit for your fortitude, there is the odds on the power ball then there is these odds....
We have cap problems in 2024.

Mostly because of Daks $$$ contract.

No way they pay him 60 million in 2024.

He wants more $$$.

What’s your plan for getting a top rookie QB? We’re going to be picking in the high 20s next April. It would take a bunch of future number one picks to move in position for one of the top QBs and there’s no guarantees any of them will pan out. Dak is playing better than any QB in the entire league and you want to move on from him. You’re making no sense.
We got one. 8)

Lance.
