.... Exactly, that's why I made some of those points. He already made enough money to last two liftemes and some.
And I doubt that that would ever want to be traded since Dallas has taken him well.
The only way he leaves is if he believes he is not going to get a ring here.

Yeah, them Bucs were a real powerhouse, huh. I think they were undefeated when Dak and the Cowboy won that game, huh?
Yeah they were supposed to be real dangerous until we beat them. Just like the way dipsticks on here are talking about our possible playoff match up with them this year. See how it's not a stretch now?

Hey I dunno, we can lose to anyone. I'm not expecting it until the divisional round.

Yeah I'd feel better winning the next two. Not confident, but better. It's gonna take that and a big wild card win for me to have any sense of confidence.

I think Dak retires one of the most hated Cowboys ever.

He’ll be a rich cap hog while never winning anything.

The only people who legitimately hate NFL players for nothing but lack of success on the field and making too much money in their opinion are complete weirdos who usually have nothing in their lives to be positive about.

In a related matter, I gave up counting how many Dak posts you have made today after 35.

You stalk someone on a message board to keep track of how much they talk about a player and have the nerve to call others "weirdos" that "have nothing in their lives to be positive about"

The jokes literally write themselves.

You wish but it in fact took maybe 30 seconds my guy, because they exist in practically every thread.

Although I do enjoy stalking on social media as much as the next guy.

Before the Cowboys decide to give Dakota P. this type of an extension, they should take a look at the Kansas City Chiefs. They are in a major bind right now in terms of salary cap flexibility, largely due to extending Mahomes to the richest contract in football. Of course, he is deserving of it, Mahomes is already an All-Time Great and still has many years ahead of him hopefully. The problem is he doesn't have much help on offense; besides Travis "Swifty" Kelce, Justin Watson and Pacheco it seems like no one else can catch the football lol. The WR's they currently have are dreadfully bad because they can't afford to pay for good WR's. Just imagine if Dak was passing to guys like Kadarius Toney, Sky Moore and Marquez Valdes-Scantling. Lol, how many games can Dak win with weapons like that?? The amazing part is, the Chiefs are currently 9-6 and first place in their division. The Cowboys with much better weapons at their QB's disposal, are only ONE GAME BETTER {10-5}. Moving forward, like Mahomes, DAK MUST LEARN TO BE BETTER WITH LESS HELP.. It's the price you pay when you're paid most of the HAY {$$$$}.**
The Chiefs are winning because of their defense. That offense is awful. This is not a recipe for winning games in the NFL.

Not exactly. The absolute lowest you can get Dak's 2024 cap hit with an extension is around $36 million before signing bonus, which ended up prorating to $13.2 million per year with his current deal.

A new deal might get his cap hit down to somewhere in the $40-50 million range next year, but that's it.
And that’s just the first year. If they sign him to 55-60 million a year the money comes due eventually. He’s not worth that money. But, the Jones generally do the wrong thing, so count on Dak getting it. All those people who said “as long as Dak takes a deal.” lol. Yeah right.

Yeah, there's definitely some flawed logic going around in Cowboys land. If his cap number is too high next year, then signing him to a contract that averages the same amount for another 4-5 years isn't going to help.

What will really be hilarious is if they win the Super Bowl this year.
What are the vegas current odds on that?
Coupled with 28 years of not even getting close and anyone really expecting it to happen is a homer
