I like him as a backup. Dont like him at all as a starter.I think you missed my point. I get it, you don't like Dalton. Moving on.

You've never heard of Marvin Jones, Mohammed Sanu, Giovanni Bernard and Jeremy Hill before?
They were both very good #2 and #3 WR's paired with Green and Eifert. Hill and Bernard were a quality tandem during Daltons prime. That is a list of JAGs. Jones and Sanu have 16 years of play and less thann10k yards between them. Good receivers but nothing special. Same for Bernard and Hill.

Right, exactly,Apples to Oranges; have you seen the Cincinnati offensive line? Who did he have to throw to in 2019? How did Dak do the first 6 games of 2018 without Cooper?
Yeah, exactly.
Eifert was one of the big reasons Dalton actually had a good season. If not Eifert's redzone ability in 2015, Dalton doesnt have the season he didEifert was never more than an average TE and he could never stay healthy

All things being equal Dak's ability to make plays with his legs puts him over the line for me. That said, Dalton is likely successful with the weapons and offense that we have and if I consider the cap hit then I could make an argument that Dalton is more than good enough to win with extra cash to build a better team. All due respect, there shouldn't be one. I can't imagine a single poster who would rather see Dalton starting over Dak.

Cooper yes and how about how he did when Zeke was out???Apples to Oranges; have you seen the Cincinnati offensive line? Who did he have to throw to in 2019? How did Dak do the first 6 games of 2018 without Cooper?

Zeke wasn’t great either after getting his fat guarantees check . Good stats , but mostly against weak opponents. Same as Dak .How'd Zeke do?
dalton could wow everyone, and dak struggle, and come game 1 jones boys would say start dak.I do, he is a better pocket passer and a more accurate passer (and i don't mean competion percentage) Dak has one thing he is better at than Dalton and that is his running ability, but after 4 years Dak still hasn't learned how to step up in the pocket and his footwork is still a mess. At this point in his career i don't think those things will change. Dalton also took a Bengals team that had some talent (not as much as Dak has had) but still a good team to the playoffs 4 consecutive seasons. I would like to see an open competition in camp for the starting job (I know it won't happen), i think Dalton would win it over Dak but i would be the 1st around here to congratulate Dak if he beat out Dalton
yeah dallas only won 4 games last year if you dont count the giants and Commanders lol 4-8Cooper yes and how about how he did when Zeke was out???
Oh man, those beating from the Falcons, Eagles, Bolts, (2 at home) still hurt.
Ya, he went on to beat his speciality (DOG TEAMS) the Giants, Raiders, and Skins but you get the idea.
Yes, our QB is a needs to be carried type of player who also wants 40 million + a year.
You can wake up now Dak as your future in Big D is non-existent!!!
