No one knows. It typically takes s few years for wr's and qb's to develop really good repoirt. In game nuances and adjustments are different.

Romo knew he can hit dez with. Back shoulder fade for a td, anytime. There was no doubt between the 2. Dak will not have that level of confidence with any wr yet. Early success and a steller running game will help. Play calling could help. Getting tight ends involved in the passing game could help too.

But it took a ton of work with Dez, to the point where Dez was protesting...
That's the kind of work I want to see in Dak. Not the, oh goodie! He's working with the guys in the off-season! But pushing his guys to the point where everybody is toast.
Greatness comes from great work. And great work never feels great once commenced. Only years later.

How many "Dual threat" QBs have won the Super Bowl?

I strongly believe that the only reason "dual threat" QBs run so much is because they don't have what it takes to sit in the pocket and beat you with their arm (and brain) alone.

But Dak makes plays from the pocket.

He’s closer to Russell Wilson then he is Mike Vick.

To me Dak is a more talented Alex Smith.

And no, Dak as of now, before TC does not have any weapons other than Zeke and the OL. Need Wr and TE positions to step up and surprise us.

On the other side, the D is looking better than the O for once. Maybe they too can surprise and not give up points and get the ball back in good field positions for the O. They will need it.

Oh, I am sure there will be.
Myself, I will look to see the circumstances. But most likely could be both Dak and the lack of weapons. I am sure there will be struggles at first, so many of "debates" will happen. LOL.

However, how many, and I would bet almost everyone thought going into the 2016 season was going to be another 2015 season. Thinking we have a rookie backfield, this will be disastrous. So we could be surprised and everything clicks pretty quick.
