Can someone please tell me what the WWE is doing with Sasha and Bayley? They have to defend their tag belts against Blackheart and Nox Wednesday night on NXT. Then, on Monday night on RAW, they'll be defending their belts against The IIconics. I don't get it.

Sasha & Bayley were NXT stars first probably boost N XT ratings againist AEW. Most likely Iconics will interfere on the NXT show.

WWE the problem is old man Vince McMahon is interfering in the storylines too much. He wants YES MEN around him like Bruce Pritchard.... McMahon constantly gears towards stereotypes especially minorities. Towaza is now some ninja master..... Asuka acts like a hyper active kamakaze....Street Profits and New Day guys who will stop everything to jump out and dance......Vince also has a very Corny sense of humor. It's an attempt to freshen things up by having certain select wrestlers working more shows. Charlotte was doing it right before the women's tag champs. And now that Flair is done doing that, it's Sasha and Bailey's turn for a while.

Not much of anything they've tried lately has worked. And now that Vince has firmly retaken control of everything, I expect things to get worse, not better.

How pathetic is the current RAW tag team division? Now they have to dress guys up like Ninjas and have a big rookie stand around and do nothing? That's just sad.

I do see some potential with an MVP-led stable however. I think he and Lashley are one of the few things that has worked. But sadly, for it to have the credibility it needs, McIntyre would have to drop the belt to Lashley and I'm not sure that Vince would allow that.

Eventually is my guess. WWE has often used the tag belts as props for singles feuds. A big reason why tag team wrestling sucks in WWE. Vince totally disregards it.

Anyone see the news that the FS1 show WWE Backstage has been canceled? I think the reasons are low ratings and it's hard to do a studio show when guests can't come to the studio because of COVID.
