Will we see Jabril make a leap this year.
His playing time pretty much limited to ST's in 2022. As his knew injury from 2021 effected him until mid season in 2022 before he seen action.
So it will be interesting in TC, have a full healthy offseason to finally show if he was worth the pick.

It will be almost like a rookie with some limited NFL experience.
If he shows progress, we will have Micah, LVE, Jabril and Damon at LB, which could turn into a strength.

He played a lot in the preseason games and I didn't thnk he was limited in practice right before the PS games started, so I don't buy his injury from mid-way through the prior year was a big part of the problem. For whatever reason the Cowboys refuse to really put him on the field. I can't see how he would be worse in the nickel than what we have at times ran out there. For instance, watching Clark try to play the middle of the field in a zone was painful at times and showed he needed a little more seasoning, which is expected considering how little practice time he really had. Maybe I'm wrong about Cox, maybe they are wrong, but regardless I just don't think this team is interested in giving him many snaps on defense

The coaches clearly do not trust him enough to give him any significant snaps on defense at this point. I hope he figures it out this year, but if not, oh well. Cut ties and find somebody that gets it.

The team was really excited when they drafted him and seemed really hyped that they got him when they did.

He obviously was injured and then didn’t overly impress. We needed to hit on this pick. I’m still hopeful.

This team does not like him. I don’t know why….I saw this team throw out Barbie Carpenter and at least give him a shot. This guy can’t get on the field unless it’s special teams and that’s weird.
different coaching staff. Barbies claim to fame is a 2 interception day against a QB many idolize in here. Barbie was gabage not sure what Cox is

Needs to show something this year. We are thin at LB so it shouldn't be hard for him to find the field if he's any good.

Outside of him chasing down Daniel jones, never see the guy. He seemed like he had promise but fell out of favor

Different staff but typically teams that draft a linebacker and plays him until he gets hurt his rookie season will at least give him a shot the next season. It never came.

That was a Parcells guy, not the team. Parcells was close with his father.
Yeah but you can go to anyone…they let Hitchens play, they let Taco play….they played Trysten Hill all the way up to them cutting him. They have given their draft picks every shot to show what they can do.
